Dans cet atelier, venez mettre votre créativité de l’avant, en réalisant, sur une pochette de type enveloppe un décor unique en incrustation à niveau (marquetterie de cuir).

Contenu de la formation

À partir d’un prototype d’une pochette enveloppe (dimension : 20 x 14 cm), vous apprendrez toutes les étapes de la confection de cet accessoire personnalisé :

• Confection des gabarits
• Recherche et dessin du décor
• Coupe des pièces dans le cuir
• Confection du décor
• Assemblage et couture main à 2 aiguilles
• Filetage et finition

In this workshop, come and put your creativity forward, by creating a unique decoration on an envelope type pouch by inlaying it with leather.

Course Content

From a clutch prototype (size: 20 x 14 cm), you will learn all the necessary steps to make this customized accessory:

• Making the templates
• Researching and drawing of the design
• Cutting of the pieces
• Making the marquetery
• Assembling and hand sewing with 2 needles
• Fileting and finishing

* Classes will be taught in French but anglophones are welcome to join. The teacher is bilingual and happy to translate when needed.

Coût/Cost

• 360 $ (15 h / matériel compris / Cuirs de couleur fournis)
• Maximum : 8 participant.e.s./participants
